Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager or Resident Engineer role.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, including both international and local experts.
• Proven track record of managing at least one project of comparable size and complexity.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement rules
• Proven experience with FIDIC Gold Book and Pink Book is essential
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
